Before picking up my camera, I worked in digital marketing and communications, helping share the stories of students, alumni, and communities in higher education. That experience taught me how much meaning can live in a single image — and how powerful it can be to help people see themselves in new ways.

As a Korean American adoptee, photography has also become a way for me to explore identity and belonging. I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, comfortable, and celebrated — whether during a portrait session or a candid lifestyle shoot.
